Return and partial refund

 We'd like to establish a  long-term business with you.Before you want to return goods, please contact us via email to discuss the problem you are having first. we will send you the details on how to send the products back for refund or exchange, usually within 24-48 hours.

 Return and partial refund

There are  3 demands for returning the order as follows.

1、If we deliver the wrong goods/ size /color,you're required to photo the goods for sending picture to us by e-mail.

2、If it's because of the poor quality of our products(except the  human factors or avoidable damages),you're required to photo the goods  for sending to us.

3、If the size you chose is not suitable for yourself,we can't return /change the goods for you. If you insist,the freight must be on your account.

If you request to return the purchased items because of the reasons above,you need to send back  the products to us in original package (you will pay the shipping fees). When we receive the products sent back ,  we will deduct a certain amount of handling fee based on your order and give you a partial refund.

 Order Cancellation

Cancellation of an order must be requested before the order has been dispatched.Because we process all orders as quickly as possible within 6-8hours after orders are placed.We are not always able to cancel an order after it is placed. Cancellation requests after the order has been dispatched will be treated in accordance with our Return policy.

Notice: Packages sending back to as return/exchange must be posted within 7 days after your request has been approved.
